Sauna, the European secret for youthful vitality

Glowing, radiant health. Natural beauty from deep within. Europeans have long relied on saunas to achieve overall health, beauty and vitality. But until recently, except in expensive resorts or health clubs, saunas have been available to only the very wealthy. Now, new technology from Health Mate allows you to enjoy sauna in the privacy and comfort of your home.

So, what makes Vidasana different?
Safe, effective radiant heat, just like the sun's soothing warmth. Radiant heat is more efficient because it warms you, not the air. Your body directly absorbs as much as 93% of the heat generated by your Health Mate sauna. Using technology developed by NASA, Health Mate saunas produce infrared energy like the sun's - but without ultraviolet rays. Our own factory-built, Safe-to-the-touch patented heaters generate the same gentle radiant heat used to warm newborn babies and by physical therapists to treat injuries.

Features
Uses Less Energy
The Health Mate sauna costs less to operate because it uses very little energy - about the same amount used by a hair dryer or toaster oven. And it takes shorter preheat time than conventional saunas.

Effective at Lower Temperature
Health Mate saunas operate at safer, more comfortable temperatures than other saunas, only 110 - 150°F(43 - 66°C). Its radiant heat reaches deep, to be absorbed by your body as much as 1.5 inches below the skin, while producing 2 to 3 times more sweat than other saunas.

Traditional saunas rely on a stove to heat the air to as hot as 220°F(104°C). The energy they require can as much as double your electricity bill. And to be effective, this superheated air must remain tightly enclosed, resulting in a stifling, suffocating environment. By contrast, Health Mate saunas allow fresh air to circulate for ventilation and maximum comfort.
